For the CTO role:

• Responsibility:
  Leading the technical development and implementation of Avaly’s Acceptance Navigator.

Initial Tasks:

• Develop a prototype/POC
• Develop and refine a robust, scalable product architecture
• Co-create a product roadmap

For the CPO role:

• Responsibility:
  Conceptualizing the strategic vision of Avaly’s Acceptance Navigator.

Initial Tasks:

• Conceptualize an ABM framework that underpins our product
• Steer comprehensive data strategy and analysis to inform the product development process
• Co-create a product roadmap

Please note that this offer refers to a co-founder position, meaning we’ll build the company together with an agreed equity split. It is not a paid position.

For the CTO role:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript (Rust if you’re fancy ;) ): Essential for developing our SaaS platform and performing data analysis and agent-based modeling.
• Experience with Agent-Based Modeling Tools: Familiarity with platforms like NetLogo or Mesa is advantageous. Openness to exploring and integrating these or similar tools into our technology stack is key.
• Full-Stack Development Expertise: Knowledge in building scalable web applications using frameworks like React for the frontend and Node.js or Django for the backend.
• Cloud Technologies & Deployment: Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to ensure our platform is robust, scalable, and secure.
• Data Science & Machine Learning: Understanding principles of data analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques (especially neural networks).

For the CPO role:

Technical Skills:

• Conceptual Solution Design: Deep understanding of agent-based modeling from a conceptual perspective to design the model’s architecture.
• Data Analysis: Ability to identify relevant data sources and use data analytics to guide product development.
• User Needs Analysis & Feature Conceptualization: Strong skills in identifying user needs and creating user stories (e.g. through user story mapping), translating them into product features.
• Strategic Product Management: Experience as a product manager/owner, able to outline a strategic long-term vision and a short-term strategy for a SaaS product and prioritize features based on common frameworks (e.g. RICE, Kano, MoSCoW, CoD)
• Agile Product Leadership: Experience with agile methods to efficiently lead product teams and dynamically adapt product roadmaps.
• Event-Based Engagement Tracking: Proficiency with event-based analysis tools (e.g. Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap) to monitor user engagement and interaction with the product.
