Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

Working field:

Your are responsible for generating sales opportunities for the founders and AEs (Account Executive). You will do this by actively researching and approaching new potential customers.

  • You will use different channels and tools to research potential customers and test new prospecting methods according to our Ideal Customer Profile
  • You will qualify potential customers and generate opportunities for the deal pipeline
  • You will make contact with key decision-makers in IT departments by phone, e-mail, social networks and other channels
  • As the first point of contact, you will give a tailored Softwaregini pitch to set appointments for a discovery call
  • You will present the product to potential clients and at events
  • You will work closely with the founders and AEs to close new deals


You are ambitious, motivated and performance-oriented. You don't give up and find new ways. Your qualifications include:

  • You are open, communicative and like to talk to new people
  • Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a nothing-is-impossible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent proficiency in German and English
  • You have very good organizational skills and work independently
  • You are a team player
  • Experience in Pipedrive or other CRM systems is an advantage
