Freiwilliges Praktikum, Student:innen-Outreach & Marketing (m/w/d) | Voluntary Internship, Student Outreach & Marketing (m/f/d)

15–20 Std./Woche studienbegleitend max. 3 Monate | 15–20h/week alongside studies max. 3 months

Tasks:

  • Outreach-Aktivitäten in studentischen Netzwerken und Communities (Teilnahme an studentischen Events, Flyer und Poster)

  • Social-Media- und Marketingaufgaben (Erstellung und Veröffentlichung von Inhalten auf ennepō Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Nutzerforschung (Durchführung von Umfragen, Interviews, Sammlung von Feedback)

  • Grundlegende administrative Aufgaben

  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung bei Events (z. B. Unterstützung des Kernteams beim monatlichen UX-Testing-Event im CIC Berlin)

  • Outreach activities in student networks and communities (attending student events, flyers and posters)

  • Social media and marketing tasks (drafting and posting content on ennepō Instagram, LinkedIn)

  • Customer research (conducting surveys, interviews, feedback collating)

  • Basic admin tasks

  • Occasional assistance with events (e.g. supporting core team with monthly UX Testing event at CIC Berlin)

Requirements:

Immatrikuliert in einem Studiengang Business, Marketing oder Kommunikation (oder ähnlich)
Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch (weitere Sprachen willkommen).
Neugierig, eigenständig, selbstständig und motiviert.
Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit KI-Tools (z. B. Claude, ChatGPT).
Vertrautheit mit einfachen Design-Tools (z. B. Canva/Figma).
Vorherige Erfahrung in Marketing und/oder Social Media von Vorteil.

Student currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing or Communications degree (or similar).
Fluent in English and German (other languages welcome).
Curious, self-directed, independent and motivated.
Basic literacy in AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT).
Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g. Canva/Figma).
Previous experience in marketing and/or social media is a plus.

Experience in early-stage building of a research-oriented start-up.
