Stellenticket Start-ups

Pépites is an independent wine shop in Berlin. We're looking for a part-time intern to take ownership of our marketing and social media, primarily Instagram, at an exciting moment: we're in the process of launching a wine club and growing a regular program of events in the shop.
What you'll do:

• Own Instagram end-to-end: content strategy, calendar, creation and writing
• Promote and drive bookings for in-shop events, create event-related content (photos, videos, etc)
• Support the launch and promotion of our new wine club (November)
• Help grow visibility and foot traffic for the shop

Length of internship: Oct 15-20 to end of December 2026
~10h/week (up to 12h possible)
Unpaid, with paid extra hours available mid-Nov-Dec

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled student in a relevant field (marketing, communications, or similar). Please be ready to share proof of enrollment
• Comfortable and independent with content creation and tools like Instagram and Canva
• Fluent English (our day-to-day working language); near-fluent German. French is a plus, not required.
• A genuine interest in wine, food, sustainability, or gastronomy. Wine knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement
• Someone who takes initiative, is self-motivated and energized by working close to a founder, not buried in a big team
• Someone creative, who enjoys content creation
• Attention to detail

• The chance to work directly with a founder, in a very small team - no large structures or heavy processes, so you'll have real creative freedom within the brand and the independence to come up with your own solutions
• A completely flexible schedule: split your hours across 1-2-3 days, any day Tuesday to Saturday, within hours that fit your study schedule
• Hybrid work: mix of in-shop and remote work. A few evening events (8-10:30pm) will require your presence. These are on fixed, known-in-advance dates
• Unpaid voluntary internship (details discussed at offer stage), from October 15-20 to end of December 2026
