About the role

Dance is look­ing for a B2B intern to join our People team in Ber­lin. You will be respons­ible for build­ing Dance's cor­por­ate bene­fit (Dance for Busi­ness) offer­ing in Ger­many and driv­ing growth to new cus­tomer seg­ments. You will man­age our port­fo­lio of cli­ents and help pitch the product offer­ing to new busi­nesses across the Ger­man mar­ket. This is a unique oppor­tun­ity to be involved in a B2B setup start­ing from lead gen­er­a­tion to account man­age­ment. You will report to the Senior Busi­ness Devel­op­ment Man­ager and be loc­ated in Ber­lin. The ideal start date is for Septem­ber 1, 2022.

As our B2B Intern, you will:
  • Help draft and develop B2B pitch decks in Eng­lish and Ger­man
  • Main­tain and man­age the com­pany pipeline in our CRM tool
  • Pre­pare and sup­port pitch meet­ings to new cli­ents
  • Build long-term rela­tion­ships with our cli­ents and provide the best ser­vice pos­sible
  • Issue monthly invoices for our B2B cli­ents
  • Be the first point of con­tact for all B2B cli­ents
  • Help develop and stand­ard­ise B2B play­books for cli­ent out­reach, engage­ment, and account man­age­ment
  • Col­lab­or­ate closely with cross func­tional teams to execute on lead gen­er­a­tion strategies and cli­ent reten­tion
  • Reg­u­larly con­duct com­pet­it­ive mar­ket research



To be suc­cess­ful in this role, you:
  • Are act­ively enrolled in a Bach­elor or Mas­ter pro­gram in Busi­ness, Eco­nom­ics, or sim­ilar fields
  • Can show­case strong pro­ject man­age­ment skills and are able to pri­or­it­ise your work effect­ively
  • Have good inter­per­sonal and com­mu­nic­a­tion skills
  • Are pro­act­ive and always look for oppor­tun­it­ies to do things bet­ter
  • Pos­sess a strong atten­tion to detail and fol­low-through
  • Can work inde­pend­ently and autonom­ously with the right sup­port
  • Can com­mu­nic­ate flu­ently in Eng­lish and Ger­man
  • Are based in Ber­lin or will­ing to relo­cate for the dur­a­tion of the intern­ship
  • You are avail­able full time ideally for 6 months (min­imum period of 3 months)
