Your role
We are looking for a talented and motivated Sales & Business Development Working Student (m/f/d) to join our team for 20 hours per week in Berlin. Collaborating closely with our founders, you'll play a vital role in building sales pipelines, generating leads, and driving business growth. You will develop, test, and implement strategies to identify potential clients and expand our market presence. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our cutting-edge AI solutions in the market.

What you will do

• Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients and market segments. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
• Sales Outreach: Support the founders in reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media. Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and understand industry trends. Analyze competitor strategies and customer needs to inform our sales tactics.
• CRM Management: Assist in maintaining and updating our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads and sales activities.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze sales data to measure the effectiveness of outreach strategies. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize our sales processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of our business development efforts.
